General Terms and Conditions of Super Code Bros. KG for Skyservice services. 1. Scope of Application These terms apply to all contracts between Super Code Bros. KG (hereinafter "Contractor") and the customer (hereinafter "Client") for drone cleaning and inspection services. 2. Contract Formation A contract is formed through written order confirmation by the Contractor or through commencement of service provision. 3. Scope of Services The scope of services is determined by the respective offer of the Contractor. Services include in particular: - Drone-assisted PV cleaning - Drone facade cleaning - Deicing of photovoltaic systems - Thermographic inspection and condition analysis 4. Prices and Payment All prices are in Euros and exclude statutory VAT unless otherwise stated. Invoices are due for payment within 14 days of the invoice date without deduction. 5. Client's Obligations The Client ensures that access to the deployment site is freely accessible and all required permits are in place. 6. Liability The Contractor is liable for damages only in cases of intent and gross negligence. Liability for slight negligence is excluded to the extent permitted by law. 7. Cancellation Cancellations are free of charge up to 48 hours before the agreed deployment date. For later cancellations, a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the order value may be charged. 8. Data Protection The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection regulations. 9. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law Austrian law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Place of jurisdiction is Klagenfurt. 10. Severability Clause If individual provisions of these terms are invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. As of: February 2026 Super Code Bros.
